Fees and payment
Know what you are paying for, and who receives it.
During the pilot, Medvoyal uses a written case-specific quote. We do not publish an unverified national package price or hide hospital charges inside one unexplained total.
Medvoyal service fee
Covers the coordination scope shown in your written Case Plan and Quote.
Professional partner fee
Shown separately and paid to the stated party under that provider's terms.
Hospital and doctor charges
Paid directly to the relevant provider unless a written order clearly states a lawful alternative.
No treatment-value commission
Medvoyal does not accept commissions calculated as a percentage of treatment or insurance reimbursement.
Before payment
Your Case Plan separates every fee.
The pilot default deposit is 50% of the Medvoyal service fee after you accept the written scope. Any different milestone must appear in the quote.

Refund boundaries
The case order states the actual rule.
A generic policy cannot describe every hospital, partner, or reservation. These principles are converted into a case-specific cancellation table before payment.
Before work or third-party commitment begins
The unearned Medvoyal fee is reviewed for refund under the accepted order.
After documented coordination work begins
Only the earned scope and disclosed costs may be retained; the unearned balance is reviewed for refund.
Partner cancels and no replacement is accepted
The undelivered Medvoyal scope and recoverable third-party amounts are reviewed for refund.
Hospital changes or rejects its process
The hospital's terms govern its fees. Medvoyal separately assesses whether its coordination scope was completed.
Commercial independence
Medvoyal does not sell hospital ranking or accept commissions calculated as a percentage of treatment value or insurance reimbursement. If a future partner-delivered service includes a fixed coordination fee paid to Medvoyal, it must be contracted, recorded, and disclosed before you proceed.
