Does submitting the form confirm a hospital or service?
No. It starts a scope review. A service becomes confirmed only after the relevant provider or operator accepts the scope and you receive and accept the written parties, fees, exclusions, and payment terms.
Does Medvoyal recommend the best hospital for my condition?
Medvoyal does not make a clinical recommendation or sell hospital ranking. We can organize official intake routes and verification questions. A hospital or named licensed professional must make medical judgments.
Who provides the Professional Case Review?
A named licensed clinician, medical institution, medical translation provider, or other qualified professional partner. The Case Plan identifies who owns and signs the professional deliverable before you pay.
Can I send my full medical records through the contact form?
No. Start with the minimum administrative summary. Full records should be sent only after the recipient, purpose, consent, and secure hospital or professional submission route are confirmed.
Why is there no fixed national package price?
Hospital, city, language, records, timing, professional scope, and local support vary. During the pilot, Medvoyal issues a written case-specific quote instead of publishing an unverified national price.
Does Medvoyal receive hospital commissions?
Medvoyal does not accept commissions calculated as a percentage of treatment value and does not sell hospital ranking. If a future partner-delivered service includes a fixed coordination fee paid to Medvoyal, that relationship must be disclosed before you proceed.
What happens if a partner becomes unavailable?
The written order states the replacement and refund rule. If a Medvoyal-selected operator cancels and no acceptable replacement is available, the undelivered Medvoyal scope and recoverable third-party amounts are reviewed for refund.
Can Medvoyal help in an emergency?
No. Medvoyal and companions are not emergency services. Contact local emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider immediately rather than waiting for a Medvoyal or overseas-hospital response.
