No. It starts a scope review. A service becomes confirmed only after the relevant provider or operator accepts the scope and you receive and accept the written parties, fees, exclusions, and payment terms.
Medvoyal does not make a clinical recommendation or sell hospital ranking. We can organize official intake routes and verification questions. A hospital or named licensed professional must make medical judgments.
A named licensed clinician, medical institution, medical translation provider, or other qualified professional partner. The Case Plan identifies who owns and signs the professional deliverable before you pay.
No. Start with the minimum administrative summary. Full records should be sent only after the recipient, purpose, consent, and secure hospital or professional submission route are confirmed.
Contact us on WhatsApp, by email, or on WeChat. We review your hospital, city, language, records, timing, and support needs, then confirm the responsible parties and next step in writing.
Medvoyal does not accept commissions calculated as a percentage of treatment value or insurance reimbursement and does not sell hospital ranking. If a future partner-delivered service includes a fixed coordination fee paid to Medvoyal, that relationship must be disclosed before you proceed.
The written order states the replacement and refund rule. If a Medvoyal-selected operator cancels and no acceptable replacement is available, the undelivered Medvoyal scope and recoverable third-party amounts are reviewed for refund.
No. Medvoyal and companions are not emergency services. Contact local emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider immediately rather than waiting for a Medvoyal or overseas-hospital response.
You pay hospital and doctor charges directly to the hospital. Its invoice, estimate, and terms govern these charges; they are separate from any Medvoyal or partner coordination scope.
Any Medvoyal coordination, professional review, or third-party service identifies its scope and responsible party in writing before commitment. The named professional owns the professional deliverable, and the hospital remains responsible for medical care.
The accepted order states the cancellation and refund boundaries. Before work or a third-party commitment begins, the unearned Medvoyal fee is reviewed for refund. After documented coordination begins, only earned scope and disclosed costs may be retained. Hospital charges follow the hospital's terms.
