These Terms of Use apply when you use medvoyal.com, the Medvoyal AI planning advisor, and any free planning consultation we offer. Medvoyal is operated by Medvoyal Global Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("Medvoyal", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Medvoyal does

Medvoyal provides general information about hospitals and medical travel in China, and non-clinical planning support such as explaining appointment processes, language support and local logistics. Medvoyal is not a hospital, clinic or healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment or provide medical opinions. See our Medical Disclaimer.

Free planning consultation

The initial planning consultation is free and non-clinical. A request through our forms, WhatsApp, WeChat or email is a request for a reply. It is not a booking, a confirmed appointment or an agreement for any paid service.

If a paid service is ever offered, its scope, price and the responsible provider will be set out in writing before you commit. Those written terms will apply to that service in addition to these terms.

Hospital and doctor information

Hospital and doctor profiles are based on public information, mainly the hospitals' own websites, and show when they were last reviewed. Information can change without notice. Listing a hospital or doctor is not an endorsement, a partnership or a statement that they will accept you. Medvoyal does not accept payment for rankings or placement. Always confirm details directly with the hospital.

AI planning advisor

The AI planning advisor gives general, automated answers. It can be wrong or out of date, and it does not know your medical situation. Do not rely on it for medical decisions, and do not share medical records, symptoms or contact details in the chat.

Third-party providers

Hospitals, doctors, interpreters, companions and other providers are independent of Medvoyal. They are responsible for their own services, fees and conduct. Hospital and doctor charges are paid by you directly to them unless written terms say otherwise.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you contact us, and share only what is needed to plan.
• Do not use the site to send unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or to interfere with how the site works.
• Do not copy or republish large parts of the site, including hospital and doctor data, without permission.

Emergencies

Medvoyal cannot help in an emergency. If you or someone with you needs urgent care, contact local emergency services immediately. In mainland China, call 120.

Intellectual property

The Medvoyal name, logo, site design and original text belong to Medvoyal. Hospital names, logos and photographs belong to their owners and are shown for identification and information, with the source credited.

Links to other sites

The site links to hospital websites and other third-party pages. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

No warranty

The site and its information are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Medvoyal makes no warranty that the information is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Medvoyal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any decision you make about medical care, travel or providers based on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
