No guarantees
Medvoyal does not guarantee that a hospital or doctor will accept you, that an appointment or service will be available, or any medical outcome. Costs, waiting times and services vary and must be confirmed with the hospital.
How hospital information is shown
Profiles use public sources, mainly hospitals' own websites, and show a review date. When we write "Listed by the hospital", it means the hospital describes that service on its own website. It does not mean the service is available for your visit. When we write "Not confirmed", we checked the hospital's official pages and did not find confirmation. It does not mean the service is unavailable.
Listing a hospital or doctor is not an endorsement or a claim of partnership. Medvoyal does not accept payment for rankings or placement.
Doctor profiles
Doctor names, titles, departments and clinical focus come from the hospital's official profile pages. Medvoyal does not represent these doctors and cannot confirm their schedules. A doctor's listed focus is not a recommendation that they are right for you.
AI planning advisor
The AI planning advisor is an automated tool. Its answers are general, may be inaccurate, and are not reviewed by a clinician. Please do not share symptoms, medical records or contact details in the chat.
Translations and photographs
English descriptions are our own summaries of Chinese-language sources and may not capture every detail. Hospital photographs come from the hospitals' official channels and are credited on each profile. Illustrations are labeled as illustrations.
